Week 3 - That Damn Snooze Button

Winter is here in Northern California. And that means cold, dark mornings and cold, dark evenings. (And, yes, 40 degrees F is cold in our part of the world). Maintaining consistent workouts is difficult and that snooze button is incredibly seductive.

Luckily Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither are triathletes. This week’s episode recaps progress from last week and looks forward to week 4.
